There have been some rumors circulating that Netflix is looking to go into the game rental market in addition to their dvd rentals. It turns out these are nothing more than gossip. An official from Netflix addressed the rumors as completely false. He said they’ll be sticking solely to movies and tv. This is due to his view that the demand for games and their longevity functions differently than that of movies. They do, however, now have discs for all three major video game consoles that allow viewers to access the watch instantly feature. I’ve got this and it’s really nice. They send you a disc that you pop in whenever you want to watch instantly. You don’t have to connect anything else to you tv. Regardless, no video games for Netflix.
